• BNC is finalizing a second Agency Agreement with F O K to extend BNC Agency Territory to include Kuwait, Oman & Lebanon.
• ITC nominated BNC to execute GCCIA project (Ghunan Fiber Connectivity) value exceeds 1.2 M. SR. Project at
• Mobily Allocated 6 cabinets in Yanbu to BNC with a value of app. 15 M. SR.


April 2015
• Mr. Khalil Ibrahim Alrashoud & Family acquired all shares of BNC on Dec. 2014.
• Mr. Khalil Ibrahim Alrashoud with a vision to rank BNC within the leading entities for implementation of infrastructure of Telecom networks has teamed up with Huda Tech Company to form one of the most experienced management of said industry.
• Currently BNC is approached by couple of companies interested to acquire shares & teaming up with BNC.
